What types of bikes do you rent?
We rent classic road bikes, with electronic (expert range) or mechanical (performance range) gears.
We offer electric road bikes, our E-Race line range.
We offer very comfortable electric hybrid bikes, our E-Road range.

Do you rent mountain bikes (electric or not)?
We do not rent mountain bikes, electric or not.
How do I know what size bike I need ?
We ask for your total height in centimeters when booking and assign the right bike for you.
What do you do with your bikes at the end of the season?
Our rental bikes are generally sold at the end of the season, contact us at the beginning of September to find out more!
Pick up and return of bicycles:
What must I bring to complete the rental contract?
- An original identity card that we will keep for the time of the rental
- A bank card to make a pre-authorisation.
Caution, without these 2 pieces we will not be able to rent you bikes and your payments will be lost.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, in the form of a bank imprint ranging from €400 to €2,000 depending on the case.
What are the times for picking up our bikes?
When the store opens (8:30 a.m. in July August, 9 a.m. the rest of the year), between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. outside July August and between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the case of a withdrawal the day before (except Sunday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.).
Do I have to pick up my bike in person?
Yes, your presence as well as that of all the participants is mandatory so that you have all the information necessary for the smooth running of the rental. We do not deliver bicycles via intermediary.
Do you deliver bikes to vacation spots?
No, the bikes can only be picked up at the store.
Do I necessarily have to bring my bike back to the store?
Yes, the bike is checked in your presence during the return, it is mandatory that you are there.
How do I return the bike on Sunday when the store is closed?
This is impossible, when we are closed on Sunday it will be necessary to return the bikes either on Saturday before 5.30 p.m. or on Monday morning at 9 a.m.
What is included in the rental:
Do you rent helmets?
Helmets are provided with the bikes on request. Wearing a helmet is compulsory during the rental period.
How many bottle cages are there on your bikes?
There are 2 bottle cages available on all our Performance and Expert range bikes, and a bottle cage on our electric ranges.
Do you lend or rent water bottles and windbreakers?
Unfortunately no. We offer you a discount on canisters when you rent. Remember to take a windbreaker whatever the season, there is always a risk of cold weather at the top.
Do you lend chargers?
Yes when renting for several days or with collection the day before. We do not lend chargers for day rentals.
Do you have baby seats for e-bikes?
We do not offer this option on our bikes.
Do you rent cycling clothes?
Unfortunately no. On the other hand, we have a wide range of textiles for sale at the store.
Can I rent shoes with clipless pedals without ever having tried one?
No, that is too dangerous for you. Without experience on automatic pedals the risk of falling and therefore of accident is too high and without experience the gain in pedaling is almost nil. If you have never tried clipless pedals, it is better to choose the flat pedal option.
Are your electric bikes supplied charged?
Yes, it seems to guarantee you a better ascent.
Is it possible to rent carbon wheels and/or a GPS?
We no longer offer these options in our rentals.
Is there assistance in case of problems?
No, the rental includes departure and return to Malaucène. A repair kit is supplied with each bike, so you are independent in the event of a puncture.
The Courses:
Do you offer discovery courses?
Yes, we have prepared several favoring small roads and beautiful landscapes, they can be found in the section 'discoveries by bike' or in store.
Can I ride via Bédoin with your VAE from Malaucène?
No, there is a significant risk that you will not have enough battery to get to the top and do the loop. In this case you would be without assistance before the summit and this would require assistance that we cannot provide.
Can I ride the Ventoux, go to Sault and come back with your VAE?
No, our bikes don't have enough battery to do the elevation gain on this tour and if you were to recharge, the charging time would be too long. µ
Can I go on the trails with your hybrid bikes?
No, the surrounding paths are all like mountain bike trails. All our bikes must stay on the road.
Can I climb the Ventoux without training?
In muscle cycling, we strongly recommend that you be in very good physical condition and have covered at least 1000km in the year before attempting the ascent. Otherwise your journey risks turning into a Way of the Cross. By electric bike type VTC, it is possible to ride with a minimum of physical condition. Do you offer support on outings? Generally we do not have time to accompany you on your outings, so we do not offer this service.
What mode of assistance should be used to ride the Ventoux on an electric bike?
We recommend using mode 1 (eco) to make sure you have enough battery power to get to the top. Mode 2 can be used occasionally, mode 3 requires too much battery to use. En vélo électrique type VTC, il est possible de monter avec un minimum de condition physique.
Do you offer support during outings?
Generally we do not have time to accompany you on your outings, so we do not offer this service.
